Since 1999, Corinne Jones has been an invaluable strategic business partner and human resource consultant to employers small and large serving in a generalist capacity across a broad spectrum of human resource functions including employer compliance, policy development, recruitment, employee relations, and training.
Jones specializes in organizational development and the alignment of human resource strategy with business goals. With strong industry expertise in the technology, retail, finance, media, and real estate sectors, she has been responsible for substantial business growth through the implementation and execution of employee recruitment and retention best practices.
By helping employers to realize the potential of their most important assets, Jones has been transforming businesses with a unique approach to HR consulting and outsourced services since founding CJC Human Resource Services in 2007. She has gained traction with small to mid-sized employers by serving as a partner and invaluable resource to clients seeking executive level HR expertise.
Prior to CJC Human Resource Services, Jones served in Director and Executive Vice President roles within the technology, real estate, wholesale, retail and manufacturing industries. Jones maintains her SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources) accreditation, originally obtained via Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2001, and serves as a member and active participant in SHRM’s New York City based chapter, serving as a mentor to human resource professionals in the tri-state area.

Since starting his career in 1994, David Schiaperelli served in executive level HR roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Google, before joining CJC HR Services in 2013 as a Senior HR Consultant. David specializes in HR practice standards, compliance, and culture. His background has been invaluable to start-ups and large employers alike.
His experience expands globally, having overseen HR operations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. With a multi-pronged approach, Schiaperelli has successfully aligned company culture to organization objectives time and time again.
